Current projects

We are developing special wild boar products for the Austrian and German markets with a producer on the Italian/Slovenian boarder. This small family-owned business has an enormous potential with its special know-how and the ability to produce incredibly tasty food.


On a request from one of our clients, we found a fine and ambitious bakery in the south of Europe which is able to make the best kebab bread we have ever seen or tasted. We are gently guiding them towards being prepared to supply a part of the European market.


In addition, we are currently optimizing pastry products from a small producer, also for the European market.
